To keep appointments running smoothly and to ensure fair and safe care for all our patients, the practice has implemented a policy for late arrivals to appointments.
- If you arrive less than 10 minutes late , you will usually still be seen, but you may need to wait until the end of the clinic.
- If you arrive 10 minutes late or more , you may choose to:
- Rebook for another day.
- Wait until the end of surgery to see if you can be fitted in.
To protect privacy of all patients and ensure safe care, reception staff will not interrupt a clinician during their clinic.
